The SCGW is implementing a "Mentoring Program" for members of our organization. Shortly, we will be posting an online form where folks can signup that agree to become mentors. On the form the mentor will be asked to include:

• their name;
• email address;
• area of expertise; (programming, database, networking, security, design, etc.)
• level of experience; (novice, intermediate or experienced)

The mentor will be contacted via their e-mail by the person requesting assistance. The "mentee" has the responsibility to keep track of the questions and answers provided, and also to fill out an evaluation form (to be created soon) to help us improve this program. Eventually, this information will be included into a database that will be accessible for all members (similar to FAQ's) by a password protected page.
