• Provide a forum for Government
Webmasters to network, to support each other through the sharing
of ideas and information;
• Develop a group of Internet Development
Technology Subject Experts; • Obtain educational information about
current and emerging Internet Technologies; • Identify and promote guidelines or
"Best Practices for solving common problems related to
Web site development and maintenance; • Have available a Web site Development
Solutions Lab to promote learning, technology evaluations, research
and experimentation; • Promote the development of quality
government web sites that are easy for the citizens of South
Carolina to use to obtain access to government services.
